How much does a massage cost?

Single sessions are $60 for 30 mins, $90 for 60 mins, $130 for 90 mins. Packages are also available. All prices are in CAD and plus taxes.

Do you offer facials?

Yes. Essential Clean Facial is $120, LED Glow Booster Pro is $150, Microdermabrasion Skin Renewal is $180, Radiofrequency Lift Facial is $200. All prices are in CAD and plus taxes.

Can I share a package with someone else?

No. Packages are non-transferable and cannot be shared between clients.

Karina Martinez Energetic Massages ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and our massage services, why we collect it, and how we protect it. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

1. Information we collect

Contact details you send us. When you call, text, email or use the contact form, we receive your name, email, phone number and message.
Health and booking information. Before or during an appointment, you may tell us about health conditions, injuries, pregnancy, allergies or areas to avoid. We use this only to give you a safe massage.
Payment information. We keep records of purchases and packages. We do not store full card numbers on this website.
Technical information. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (for example IP address, browser type and pages visited) for security and to keep the site working.
Website usage information. We may use Google Analytics to see how visitors use this website. It can collect data such as pages visited, time on the site, the website that sent you here, your general location (city or region), device type and browser. We look at this data only in summary form. It does not tell us your name or contact details.

2. The contact form

When you press "Send Message", the contact form sends your name, email, phone number and message to our email inbox. We use Resend, an email delivery service, to send it. The website does not save your message in a database. We use your details only to answer you.

Hosting. Our hosting provider processes technical information to deliver the website.

A small number of strictly necessary cookies are used only by the site owner to manage the website. Visitors do not receive them.

The public information on this website (services, rates, location and contact details) is made available to search engines and AI assistants so people can find us. We do not share your personal information, messages or health information with AI services.

We keep client and health records only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires. When we no longer need them, we delete or destroy them securely.

Ask to see the personal information we hold about you.

This website is not for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children online. A parent or guardian must book and give consent for a minor.
